Extension to Farmout Agreement

Pursuant to an announcement dated 30 April 2009 regarding the farmout agreement entered into with Focus Oil and Gas SC54 Pte Ltd ("Focus") to farm-in to the inboard portion of SC54, the parties have agreed to extend the period for Focus to conclude their financing arrangements with their investors to meet their financial obligations under the farmout agreement, from 2 June 2009 to 16 June 2009. The farmout agreement is also conditional upon obtaining all necessary joint venture, regulatory and government approvals.
