The Directors of Kairiki Energy Limited (“Kairiki”) wish to advise that Mr Peter Cockcroft has been appointed to the Board of the Company as Non Executive Chairman.
The Company wishes to advise that the selected farminee party (“Party”) have advised us that they will not be proceeding with negotiating a Farmin Agreement for SC 54A.
