Paul Fry
Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Fry has over 20 years experience advising companies operating in the oil and gas industry in Australia, UK and North America.
He was formerly an oil and gas specialist partner with Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Australia and Canada, two major global professional advisory firms, and has strong commercial and financial skills.
He brings a wealth of experience working with junior oil and gas companies.

Mark Fenton
Managing Director

Dr Fenton has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry with over 24 years in operating oil and gas companies, including several years in executive management roles. Dr Fenton has extensive experience in both offshore and onshore oil field developments particularly in SE Asia and the Middle East. Dr Fenton has held a range of technical, management and executive positions with international and Australian oil and gas majors as well as smaller ASX-listed oil companies during his career.

Dr Fenton has a PHD in Geology and also a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of Melbourne. He is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Dr Fenton brings strong executive leadership and commercial experience as well as a wealth of international technical and operating skills in project development, exploration and project acquisition.

Neville Bassett
Company Secretary

Mr Bassett specialises in the area of corporate consulting, financial management and advisory services, consulting to a number of publicly listed and private companies in a diverse range of industry sectors. He has experience in company listings, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions. Through his exposure to Australian financial markets, he has a wealth of understanding of matters pertaining to the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, corporate taxation and finance.

Duncan Maclean
Non-Executive Director

Mr Maclean, a Partner at Squire Sanders, is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years corporate experience. He specialises in resources and energy related matters and advises on major acquisitions, divestments, joint venture arrangements and project structuring. Mr Maclean has a Masters of Commercial Law (Energy & Resources) and a Bachelor of Laws. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), the Australian Mineral and Petroleum Lawyers Association (AMPLA) and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN).
